Fathers Day

Paella… pronounced [pah-EH-yah] — The word literally means pan.

Without the paella or classic broad pan, the dish wouldn’t be possible!

It’s an iconic recipe from Spain: An unrivaled and utterly delicious mix of rice, saffron, seafood, and sausage cooked to tender perfection in broth and white wine.

Paella is one of those dishes that benefits from being made in large quantities. The more you make of it, the better it is.

That’s why it’s such a perfect dish for Father’s Day and that’s why we serve it every Sunday at 7 p.m. sharp: Because you have to get it straight out of the pan for it to be just right!

This Father’s Day, treat dad and family to Austin’s favorite paella.
