So many new groovy cheeses are making their way across the Atlantic Ocean these days and Chef Marco works closely with Texas purveyors to make sure Vino Vino gets its weekly allocation of the good stuff.

Garrotxa is actually an ancient Catalonian goat’s milk cheese that was nearly forgotten until a handful of artisan cheese-makers revived it a few years ago.

Not many folks have tasted it yet in the U.S. but we think it’s the bomb.
