Housemade pasta at Vino Vino

Housemade pasta has always been a centerpiece of Vino Vino and Chef Marco’s cooking.
No, we’re not talking about dried-out egg noodles that you buy in a bag at the supermarket.
These pappardelle (above) are made by hand EVERY DAY at the restaurant, just the way that the little old ladies do it in Bologna (Italy’s mecca for housemade noodles).
The sauces will always change seasonally but the pasta always plays the starring role.
