You don’t need us to tell you what Chartreuse is…
But in case you do, it’s a rare liqueur from France made by Carthusian monks (you know: the guys who shave their heads, wear robes, and hang out in countryside of France making liqueur).
Well, we’re excited to share the news that general manager and chief mixologist Brian Elder has obtained one of the rarest of the rare: a “Garnier” bottling of this coveted elixir.
(Yeah, it’s so rare that it doesn’t even have a website. Don’t believe us? Ok, now that you’ve Googled it, do you believe us?)
It’s just one of the ingredients he uses in his new and superb fall cocktail menu.
Oh… and what is that Italian stuff on the right?
