Chef Esteban’s Toma and Pistacchio Brittle is BRILLIANT!

Chef Esteban’s Point Reyes Toma, Peach, Basil, Pistachio Brittle has been wowing our guests since he launched his new cheese series last week.

All of the new cheeses are domestic and all the garnishes are locally sourced.

We’ll be posting about the cheese series beginning next week. But news of his simply brilliant crumbled pistacchio brittle (from his own recipe) was to important to delay!
