Wine writer and Italian wine expert Jeremy Parzen, Ph.D. lived in Italy for ten years where he earned a doctorate in medieval Italian poetry and playing in a rock band in the Italian Alps. Today he is based in Austin, where he authors the popular Italian wine blog, DoBianchi.com.
